This gorgeous house is a perfect vacation spot for the Cape. You will fall in love with it the minute you walk in. It's less then a mile from Craigville Beach. It is located in a great neighborhood with a big yard and has a volleyball net set up ready for play. There are three spacious bedrooms and a wide-open living room and dining area. There is a sun room attached to the house that makes a perfect breakfast spot and has a pull out sofa, so it can be used as an additional bedroom. Downstairs is a nice get away with a bar, fridge, couches, color TV and pool table.

Hit the beach for swimming, relaxing in the sun, throwing the ball and enjoying some cold beverages. Main street Hyannis is about 1.5 miles from the house and has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. A day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket Island is always a fun adventure. The Cape Cod Melody Tent is also close by to see some great entertainment.

A Lot of Extras: I have loaded this house up with many extras, 5 color TVs, three with DVD players, nice workout area with mirror, stability ball and dumbells, outdoor bar set with stools, plenty of beach stuff, two AC units with remote control. It is the perfect place for an awesome Cape Cod vacation.

Owers description of property was right on! Our family of five enjoyed the house and area surrounding it very much. We were able to walk to the beautiful beach and near by pizza/sub and variety store whenever we wanted to. The back patio is private and perfect for cookouts. Every morning we had coffee in the beautiful sun room, which is so, so relaxing! We have rented this property four years in a row because we love it so much. Neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. My kids, age 10, 11, and 14 now, can't wait to go back. Plenty of room for company to visit us, too! Loved it, thanks!
