This recently remodeled Caribbean-Style home is an island treasure. Inland Home with huge sun deck, heated pool and spa, shaded patio, lots of privacy in a great neighborhood characterize this home which is a short walk to Tiger Tail Beach. The third bedroom is a spacious loft with its own outside deck from which one can view the sunset. The large pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with adjacent spa.

A walk to Tigertail beach is one advantage to our location. The proximity to boating, fishing and the great variety of restaurants and shops make Marco Island a most desirable place to be at any time of year. Marco Island is one of the 10,000 islands - great for fishing (both back water and deep sea). The beaches are magnificent for swimming, sun bathing, or nature walks. The home has enough amenities that leaving the home is not a necessity for and enjoyable vacation.
