We couldn't have been happier with the week we spent at this property!

As first time renters and homeaway.com users we were a little wary having only the description and photos to go on. The owners couldn't have been nicer and we were ecstatic to see how lovely this home was in reality.

The house is clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the beach, but in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. Close to Hyannis and the "main" drag and attractions like mini-golf, shopping, Zooquarium and many others. Everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was provided (linens, dishes, cookware, etc.). And the patio and yard were so beautful and private we didn't want to leave.

This is THE place for your next Cape Cod vacation!

First I would like to thank Beverly for making this a wonderful experience. I was very skeptical about renting via the internet and she made the whole thing very pleasant. She was easy to contact whether it was via e-mail or the phone and answered all my questions. The house want can I say it was everything and more then I expected . It was very clean, had everything you may need, there were more then enough bedrooms, bathrooms and a TV in every room. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room inside and out. We enjoyed the yard and watching the birds use the bird house. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and it is a short drive to the grocery store. We had a wonderful time and would rent this place again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Fantastic Location and House

we rented this house for a week in late june early july....absolutely beautiful....all ammentities you could want, walking distance to the beach, close to all attractions....well maintained and great neighborhood...would rent again in a minute 8 of us stayed for the week with plenty of room and privacy for everyone...

Fantastic Place to Stay

First of all, the pictures does not do this house justice. The place is just amazing. It's furnished like a cozy country home, and it's just so comfortable. Everything was so clean, and each room had it's own decor. The owners were the greatest, so sweet and very accommodating. My favorite part was that a couple of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and there were just so many bathrooms in general that we didn't have to fight in the morning. The yard was huge, with lawn furniture and a barbecue grill. It was big enough for the kids to run away and play. I was very satistified with my stay. It was most definitely more comfortable than staying at a hotel. I will gladly come back again in the future.
