The perfect setting for your beach vacation! This Oceanside townhouse is located on the best beach in Bethany just south of Indian River Inlet and backing up to the quiet, picturesque dunes of the Delaware Seashore State Park. A wide private beach just a few steps from your door. This four level beach house includes a front deck and two rear decks with dune and ocean views. First floor efficiency sleeps up to four and has a small kitchenette and bathroom. The second level has a newly remodeled full kitchen, living room and dining area as well as a bedroom and bathroom. Third level includes a bathroom and two small bunk rooms that sleep up to six. The master bedroom on the top floor has an expansive, mile long view of the shoreline. Includes an outdoor shower and parking for up to four cars. The common area has tennis courts, a playground for kids and a large covered gazebo that can be used for cookouts or crab feasts.

A 15 minute drive north takes you to Rehobeth Beach where you will find movie theaters, amusement rides, water slides, miniature golf and tax-free outlet shopping galore. A few minutes south is the Town of Bethany Beach with its small-town feel and quaint stores and restaurants. Or, if you want more action, head 20 minutes further south and visit Ocean City, Maryland and its three miles of world-famous Boardwalk and vibrant night life. Championship golf courses, charter fishing, boat rentals and jet skis are all available in the surrounding area. With so much to offer in seashore recreation you'll find fun in the sun for the whole family.

This home is very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. We had a wonderful time; the location and view can't be beat!
Owner supplied numerous beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, sand table, etc. making our days on the beach very nice! Very comfortably sleeps the designated number of people, no lumpy sleeper sofas!!!
The diner located 2 blocks away has great weekend breakfast buffet at very reasonable price. Easy driving to Bethany or Rehoboth. Quiet, friendly atmophere, a great playground, and fishing 100 yds from our chairs made this our best DE vacation yet, and we have been going off and on for 25 yrs!

We rented this townhouse with my family of 12 and it was specious enough for all to have thier own rooms and share common area living and dining room. The house is located very close to beach and across from the tennis courts. Very quite development with many families. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook EVERY meal.
