This house is located on the beach--not near, or steps from, but ON THE BEACH. It doesn't get any better-they make movies here! Enjoy the spectacular vistas from the deck. There are water views from every window. Home is on one acre of land, Landscaped but with natural appearing beach vegetation waterside. Flowers everywhere. You will be treated to EVERYTHING, including top quality linens, kayak, bikes, tennis rackets, water toys, wifi, A/C, cable, and many other extras. We'll help you find your way to the best secret fishing spots, restaurants, night life, and cultural activities--most are just minutes away. Looking for a deal? Our 'monthly' summer rate is less than most other beach house weekly rates. Need an off season getaway? This house has a fireplace (wood included) for added cozy warmth-and there is still plenty of things to do in the Hamptons. This home is easily accessible from bus, train, or car. Best suited for families with kids.

This beach at this house is ideal for children. Gentle waves, shallow warm water. Lazy river tidal inlet is a short walk down the beach.

This is an affordable family vacation. A hotel room in the area will cost over $500 a night! Why spend it on a room when you can rent a beach house for a fraction of the cost of ONE ROOM.

Fantastic spot for family vacation

My mother, sister (in Seattle) and I (in Syracuse) rented this house for a week so our families could spend some quality time together. It was beyond our expectations.

The house is perfectly situated on the Peconic bay side of Hampton Bays and sports incredible views as well as direct beach access. It's perfect for families with small children preferring the relative calm of the bay rather than the ocean.

In addition to the very clean and the owners provided a kayak which was rarely out of the water. Bicycles are also available. The deck is spacious and is a great place to dine while viewing the water.

If your idea of a great summer vacation is waking up each morning to the gentle sound of the water, grabbing your cup of coffee and heading out your back door down to the beach, this is the spot.

My family can't wait to go back next summer!!!!

A wonderful week, beautiful beach

I stayed here for a week in April with my husband, our six month old son, and my mother. The location is idyllic -- the house really is just steps from a beautiful beach on the bay. It was wonderful to wake up every morning and see the water.

The owner was very helpful, relaxed and easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property.
