This modern architect-designed three bedroom/ two bath home (sleeps 6) sits high on a bluff on 22 acres with wonderful southern and western mountain views featuring spectacular sunsets year round. With huge glazed areas it feels as if you are part of the outside. During the winter the tightness of the construction makes for draft-free comfort. A wood fireplace adds to the cozy feeling as does the two-person Jacuzzi in the master bath. Forced hot air heating with humidification and electrostatic air cleaning assure comfortable warmth. In the summer months, central air conditioning provides continued indoor comfort. Outside, enjoy the large deck with southern and western facings. All modern amenities are included. With complete privacy and quiet, your escape from commotion and din is assured. Note! Property does not rent for periods of time less than one month! The guesthouse (sleeps 4) is available with rental of the main house.
