Granite counters and maple cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, computer with Internet access, new washer and dryer, 4 televisions (1 is 42' HD Plasma) with cable plus 2 CD/DVD players, stereo system and several CDs. Sorry, No country music. Large 2 car garage with openers. Very quiet part of development away from traffic. Quiet 2nd floor location where you won't hear neighbors. Kierland Greens Villas is in the hottest area of Scottsdale with some of the best restaurants, bars and golf courses in Phoenix/ Scottsdale. Kierland Greens fronts 27 hole Westin Kierland Golf Course. Walking distance to upscale Kierland Commons outdoor shopping district. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores and countless great restaurants.
