Brand new family room opening onto garden area. Fireplaces in master bedroom and living room, super-equipped kitchen, gleaming wood floors, large deck with gas grill off living room overlooking the garden, outdoor shower, balcony off lovely master bedroom with distant views of Corn Hill and Cape Cod Bay. Quiet, cool study with large desk surface and file drawers. Wireless Internet access. Professionally landscaped property with sprinkler system. Very close to both ocean and choice bay beaches. This house is convenient to everything, but has privacy and quiet. Ideal for a writer, or someone who needs to mix in some work time with Truro relaxation and recreation.

Close by farm market that sells local, organic produce, a deli/coffee shop, and a fish market. A few minutes drive to Cape Cod National Seashore, Highland Light, Truro Historical Society. Ten minute drive to Provincetown where you can tour art galleries, shop, go on a whale watch or dune tour. Wonderful restaurants, theater, music.
