Our beautiful home welcomes you to the New Jersey shore, just 4 houses to the ocean on family friendly, 11th Ave, Belmar. The house features two queen beds, one double bed, and a bunk bed, two full bathrooms and an outside shower. There is a eat-in kitchen, living room and front porch for your enjoyment. Laundry is in the basement. 4 beach tags provided. There is parking for one car off the street. There is also a 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment upstairs. Steps away the long flat beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming and has a quiet boardwalk for strolling on or off season. Downtown and the train station to NYC are just 5-7 blocks in the other direction. Belmar and neighboring towns host frequent concerts and festivals in and out of season and have a wide variety of restaurants and shops. For larger groups, rent all 7 bedrooms and 4 baths. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking. Bring your own sheets/towels, or rent them for $100. Everything else is provided.

Large front porch with ocean view welcomes you to this beautiful air conditioned house just 4 houses to the beach. Inside is a large living room and eat-in kitchen plus three bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms, one of which has a jetted tub, sink and toilet. The other is new and has a tile shower, toilet and sink. One bedroom has a queen bed. One bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed plus a bunk bed. There is an outdoor shower. The washer and dryer are in the basement. There is a gas grill available for shared use in the back and room for parking one car off the street.

For quieter pursuits, enjoy a stroll on the Belmar boardwalk stopping for an ice cream or a meal overlooking the water, or just relax and read a book on the beach.
