Beautiful riverfront condo right on the Indian River and Intercoastal Waterway on Florida's Space Coast. Just across the river from Kennedy Space Center. Time your vacation right and you can enjoy a shuttle or rocket launch from your screened porch which is accessible from sliding glass doors off either the living room or the master bedroom. Step off the porch, toss your fishing line and reel in your dinner. Fully furnished. (Air mattress is available.) The property has lighted tennis courts, Olympic-size heated swimming pool, clubhouse. Covered Tiki Bar. Over sized parking for RVs, boats, trailers. Pet friendly under 24 lbs. Gated community!

When you visit Kennedy, this is a great place

This was a perfect location for visiting Kennedy Space Center. It was exactly 10 minutes from the door to the condo to the door of KSC. You could see the AFB from the back porch.
The community was very quiet and felt safe.
The pool was large and clean.
The washing machine and dryer were reasonably priced for each load.
The walls were recently painted and in good condition.
The owners were lovely people and a pleasure to work with. We will make reservations with them for next year's trip.
