Gentle harbor breezes greet you in the dining and living room. Private heated pool and hot tub, on harbor, just steps away. Only two condo buildings(w/ elevator),makes this a very private area. A fabulous restaurant with inside/ outside dining, allows for drinks or meals served poolside! A boatride takes you to our private beach on Palm Island.! A real 'vacation' luxury! Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender etc. Gas grill available for meals on the waterfront lanai Washer/ dryer. Linens and towels supplied. Cable T.V. Englewood is an 'undiscovered' area on the Gulf, located between Ft. Myers and Tampa. It has wonderful white sandy beaches, with aquamarine waters,which extend for miles, with cottages nestled in the dunes and dolphins jumping through the waves. Great for shell searching and shark tooth gathering or just relaxing with your favorite book. Usually very few people, leaving the beauty of the water and beach for you to enjoy. Numerous waterfront restaurants with amazing seafood dishes fresh from the Gulf are situated throughout the area. The prices are great!! With so many beaches to choose from, you could go to a new one each day.Sarasot, St. Armends Circle, Venice, Boca Grande...all less than 1/2 hour away for shopping. Tennis, golf, fishing, or tour boat rides are just a few minutes away. Fun for the whole family! To get to our private beach, we go by boat. A nice ride up the bay to Palm Island where the lounge chairs are set up for your use. There is also a restaurant, so no coolers!

Notes: This is a very low keyed area with limited guests as there are only two buildings. One is two stories high and the second is three, both right on the harbor. Total number of units is 28. Our unit is on the first level. Children and pets are allowed here, but pets must be on a leash at all times, and are not allowed by the pool or on the beach. That is a state law. There is a dog run area just steps from the condo. Due to guests with allergies, I would limit pets to small, non-shedding dogs. The convenience of the restaurant right near the pool, makes for easy lunches or drinks while you relax by the pool, watching the boat activity. There is also an outdoor grill area by the condo and also by the pool for those sunset meals by the water. A water taxi comes to the pool area, and will pick up guests from the condo and take them to our private beach on Palm Island. The lounge chairs are set up for you there. It is a very secluded beach, so lots of privacy and wonderful water.

Hidden paridise!: This is an area in Florida that is away from it all. You are close to beaches and restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of Florida, and the traffic. This is a very tranquil setting, and a wonderful place to rest and relax. I had only been to Florida a few times, but when I first visited this area, I fell in love with it, and ended up buying...me the non-Florida person. The weather is fantastic with the breeze from the water, the people are very friendly and the quiet location is a welcome retreat. A perfect place to 'recharge' your batteries! Everything is so close, it makes it easy to get around. The beaches are fantastic and the boat activity from the lanai is really interesting to watch. If you are interested...give me a call, or email. I will gladly answer any questions. Everything is there, awaiting your arrival. Just pack, and 'turn the key' to your next vacation. I will have the condo ready and waiting. Also close to Sarasota, Venice, Boca Grande and Punta Gorda.

Things To Do!: Get up and have breakfast in the morning sun on the lanai, grab your favorite book and sit in the sun, or shade on the lanai and read, go for a swim in the pool or use the hot tub, change and take a boat ride from the pool to Rum Bay Restaurant, have lunch, take a short walk to the beach for the afternoon sun, or to collect shells and sand dollars, take the boat back to the condo, have drinks and appetizers on the lanai, watching the sunset and harbor activity, or grill your dinner outside, then have dinner at Johnny Leverocks, which is only a few steps away, right by the pool and have your evening meal outside! (great food) Beautiful scenery! Very few people!!!!! All this without getting in your car. How nice is that!! You can also do the ordinary things, golf, play tennis, shop, go to other beaches, eat out (very inexpensive), or go to one of the neighboring towns. Boca Grande is a must..wonderful little village! Beautiful homes!

Very nice unit. Was clean, bright, nicely decorated and had great views. Watching boat activity etc in the harbor from the lani was delightful. Complex is a nice small size (28 units) which we like. Met many nice people just lounging by the pool. Great area with plenty of helpful info provided by the owners!

My stay was absolutely excellent. The condo was immaculate and every feature required to make the stay even more ejoyable. I loved the access to shopping, restruants and golf. Everybody I met during the stay was friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this facility!
