Don't worry about transportation for teens - ride the bus for $2/person Ride-All-Day Pass from the OC Inlet to Delaware Line.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Very convenient location. Plenty of room and storage. Our family felt right at home. Owner had childrens videos and family board games which was a nice bonus ! Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. Pool is very big and has a separate baby pool which is a plus! Found the owner very cooperative and helpful. We made reservations last minute and she was quick with the contract and key. Would stay here again anytime!

We enjoyed our time in the condo. It was more then what we had expected. However, the condo was a little bit dirty, but they were small instances that could easily be wiped down with a rag, which is what we did. It was a nice size for six people, and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen making it easy for us to cook lunches and dinners. There wasn't much storage space- we wanted to unpack while we were there, and dresser space was scarce. However, it wasn't too big a deal, we just lived out of our suitcases. Despite these few complaints, I would come back to stay again and i would recommend this place to anyone else wanting to vacation in Ocean City.
Owner's Response: I am disappointed in learning the condo was a little dirty through a write-up. Tenants should contact me immediately so the cleaning company can be notified and sent over to remedy the situation.

This is a two bedroom condo. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a 7-drawer dresser, an arrmoire with the top containing the TV and two deep square open shelves beneath the TV for storage along with the base which is a 2-drawer dresser, an end table with 2-drawers and a closet. The second bedroom has two single beds and contains a 4-drawer dresser, an end table with 2-drawers, a standard closet and a second smaller closet with shelves. Also, hangers are provided in each closet for clothing.

In the hallway is a small closet where games and a beach bag with items for the beach are kept.

Unfortunate Experience

The condo itself was absolutely lovely! The pictures on site do not do it justice. Quiet atmosphere. A good distance away from boardwalk and all activity.
The only negative is be absolutely 100% of staying. We had a family medical emergency and due to no refund policy of owner we were not reimbursed for our stay. We only made an effort to return and not switch our week because owner would not allow us to and therefore we would forfeit all expenses paid for a weekly rental that we could not even use. Owner prefers payment in full upon time of booking.
Contacted owner to let her know of situation but would not bend rules. After our return I contacted to see if she would just reimburse nightly rates of nights we did not stay and did not respond to my email or phone calls until I sent an email stating my dissatisfaction with her business conduct. Still she did not do anything to satisfy my request.
