Cancellation Information: Travel (cancellation) insurance is available and highly recommended. If a Tenant must cancel he is to notify the Rental Agent. All prepaid funds will be held in escrow until a new Tenant is procured or until the lease commencement date, whichever is earlier. If a new Tenant is procured, all of the prepaid funds will be refunded to the Tenant, minus a cancellation fee paid to Rental Agent of $150.00 and less the difference between the rental amounts. If no new Tenant is found, all prepaid funds will be forfeited by the Tenant and forfeiture of which shall represent full and complete liquidated damages.
