Boston holiday house boat. Float! on our fun Houseboat in Boston Harbor!

Free Wifi, Laundry, Large Sundeck, Sleeps 5+: WiFi is included free with the rental. Laundry facilities (as well as additional on-shore bathrooms and showers) are conveniently located right at the marina. Also right in the marina is the Tavern on the Water, a restaurant and bar with a great view of the Boston Skyline, and on-shore grilling and picnic facilities. It is fully air-conditioned and heated and has a dining table which converts to a full size bed, as does the living room sleep sofa. There’s tons of outdoor sunning area: a front and back porch with a gas grill and a large roof sun deck. All sheets and towels are provided. The boat is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to four adults or 2 adults with a few children. This unusual and luxurious craft comes complete with lots of flowering plants, a private stateroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bath with shower, plenty of closet space, a full-size eat-in kitchen with standard size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, and all the needed utensils and cookware.

Water taxi right to Houseboat, Free Parking: We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and loads of bathroom products such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We even include lots of cooking ingredients such as coffee, herbs, spices, condiments, etc... All this for less than the price of the smallest rooms at any of the nearby downtown waterfront hotels! The Summer weekend rate (Friday and Saturday nights) is only $600, while a full week is only $1700. You will be warmly greeted by your hosts, Peggy and Andy, who will take plenty of time to make sure you feel comfortable and familiar with all aspects of the boat and the local area. If you are flying into Boston, you can arrange a private water taxi to pick you up at the airport and take you directly to the houseboat for $15 per person (kids are free!) If you are arriving by car, you will avoid the hassle and expense of finding and paying for downtown parking. We will provide you a FREE! parking space right on the pier in the marina.

Relaxing solitude right Downtown: It is truly our goal that every guest have an exceptional and memorable experience, so come 'Float' away your tensions, inhale pure sea air and nautical vibes, 'chill' in an outdoor, downtown setting during the most picturesque time of the year! Ahhhh... Special note: if this boat is not available for the dates you want, don't despair. We have recently purchased another houseboat which is still mostly unbooked for the summer. This new houseboat, which we have named Kon-tiki, has two sleeping cabins, each with its own private bathroom with shower. It will be located in the same marina, with a spectacular view of the Boston skyline. The rental charge will be the same as the pricing in this listing. Guest Book: We had a fabulous time in Boston. Our first time there and how better to see it but floating in Boston Harbor, within walking distance of everything we came to see for the week!!! It was so convenient with lots of space and a very safe location. No concerns about walking to restaurants or 'home' from the T. My teenagers will be talking about this wonderful experience for a long time. Additionally, we found that whenever we needed something, the owners would quickly take care of it.
