This property is located 6 houses from the beach on the southern tip of LBI (Holgate section). It is a second floor apartment with a kitchen/living room combination and separate bedroom with twin beds. It is attractively furnished with a fully equipped kitchen area . Skylight windows are in each room for added breeziness. A window air conditioner in the bedroom cools the whole apartment if needed.There are guarded beaches at the end of the street and a bike/jogging trail runs the length of the 18 mile island. Holgate is 2 miles south of Beach Haven, which has many restaurants and stores as well as a summer theater and amusement area. Driving time to Atlantic City is approximately an hour, Philadelphia 1&1/2 hr. New York 2 hours. Boat and bus trips also go to Atlantic City from Beach Haven. The pine barrens region is less than an hour from the island with many outdoor activities. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families. Two beach badges are provided.
