Cala Llonga holiday villa

Local Area Information: Cala Llonga is particularly good for walking. Within reach by foot is the old British fortress, San Felipe, which has been featured in the recent series of Hornblower. The area is fairly high up affording great views of the sea. The north side is more craggy and resembling parts of Cornwall.

Mahon: The main town of Mahon is a beautiful place combining old markets for fish and general produce and an open pedestrian precinct hosting thoroughly modern shops such as Mango. The harbour, the second biggest natural harbour in the world, is lined with diverse restaurants. There are plenty of good late night clubs within easy reach.

Within Reach: Within easy reach of the villa there is a natural reserve called S’Albufera, which is full of bird life and where you can spend a day walking and picnicking. Near here is another beach and small village, Es Grau where the children can swim and play in shallow water.
