  • * Renters MUST be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required.
    All rentals require a minimum refundable security deposit of $250.00. Rates are subject to change. Arrowhead Lakes Community takes security seriously. There are additional fees paid by the Renter directly to Arrowhead Lakes:
    Gate Pass: $25.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay (license and registration required).
    Arrowhead has security patrols 24 hours a day.
    *Amenity Badges are only required from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
    Amenity Badges: $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week.
    These fees are not negotiable, must be paid to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association (5) days in advance. They are a mandatory security measure.

Great place for a long weekend

Gary was very accomodating, we were able to book the place only 3 weeks out from our vacation. Luckily it was available and we booked it immediately. The community has a ton to offer, we really enjoyed the pools, tennis courts and the Sunday morning all you can eat breakfast for $6. The house had everything we needed and was clean and easy to get to. Definitely recommend it to families or friends just wanting to get away.

It was so convenient! The place was cleaned so well and when its your time to leave it was easy to clean. It was not too small or big. This place had so much to offer us because there was a shed with thing in it such as bikes and sleds in it. Also the slopes are close so we did not have to travel far at all. We had no problem at all the whole time we were there. It was absolutely perfect for a family or friend vacation. We will defiantly be going back!
