Spacious 4 bedroom, colonial style home, located on the Santarella Estate, an historic site in the heart of Massachusetts' Berkshires region. Former home of Sir Henry Hudson Kitson, sculptor of the 'Lexington Minuteman' statue in Lexington, MA ,the estate features Kitson's iconic studio, designed to mimic an English thatched-roof cottage and affectionately known as 'The Gingerbread House'. There are winding paths through beautiful gardens with lily pond and babbling brooks. The round 'Silo' Studio, is recently renovated and available as a one-bedroom guest cottage. The estate is the perfect and unique place to spend a vacation in the Berkshires! The house and cottage are fully furnished and have extensive amenities including wireless internet, sattelite TV and radio. Located just 3.5 miles off I-90 in one of the most scenic valleys in the region!
