This charming home is in the quaint neighborhood of Crystal Beach, known for its seaside-styled cottages and white picket fences, and has the look and feel of the sea. All at your fingertips are the most beautiful beaches in the world, by way of the beach access that is only two short blocks away. (Tip: There is also an exquisite gulf-front restaurant at that same location!) Warm tropical colors welcome you into the wide-open great room and kitchen, and both the front porch and back deck are perfect for enjoying the lush Florida landscape and sea breezes. With three bedrooms and two full baths, this cottage has a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings.

Notes: There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom that consists of a twin on the top; a full-sized bed on the bottom with a twin bed trundle underneath the full bed(sleeps 4), and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Windsong is two short blocks from the beach and beach access. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need if you were at your home. All you have to bring is food! You have your own private pool and wireless, high-speed (7 'Meg') Internet access!

Cable TV is available, in all 3 bedrooms and living area, with 70 channels, as well as 2 new DVD-VCR players and 2 VCR players, with an assortment of complimentary movies for you to view. The interior decor is tastefully furnished the way we would want it to be if we were vacationing there, because we want you to come back, year after year, to your place in Paradise! After a day soaking in the sun at the beach, cool off in your own private pool, or take in the many other amenities located two short blocks from our cottage, such as the renowned Destin Commons, with its 75 plus stores, including Bass Pro Shops, Ann Taylor, Abercrombie, the magnificent Rave Motion Picture theater, and the Publix grocery store, to name but a few. If golfing is your 'bag', treat yourself to any of the 15 finest golf courses available, such as Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, 4 courses in Sandestin, and Camp Creek.

The Destin Harbor is minutes away for deep sea fishing, snorkeling, boating and jet-skiing. The harbor is your gateway to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! And how about the many fine eateries serving up their fresh catch of the day (many are withing walking distance from our cottage). Close by are Big Kahuna's Waterpark, Sandestin Resort, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, The Track, and the Gulfarium. Good times will be had by the whole family! When we confirm your stay, I will send you visitor's maps of Destin, Ft. Walton Beach, and the South Walton Beach areas. These show you locations of the many restaurants, amenities and points of interest. Need help or directions? We all enjoyed Windsong by the Sea. The location was great ! The beach was an easy walk. The home was very comfortable and had was stock with all that we needed. All of us agreed that we made a good choice by staying here. Thanks Terri for the use of your vacation home. Hope to come back again.

We could not have asked for more, the house was great!!! The location is a dream. We were a short walk from the beach, which was beautiful, I grew up in Florida and will take Destin anyday!! We brought our dog, and even though we could not take him on the beach the house is located in a wonderful neighborhood perfect for walks... We can not wait to come back!!!!

Windsong is the best place to stay on the Emerald coast! This was our second stay, and the only place we will come back to! Thanks for the upgrades to the home, they were appreciated. We had a wonderful time as always, thanks to your lovely home!

Windsong by the Sea

Just spent a great relaxing week at Windsong By The Sea. The house was clean, comfortable "a home away from home" so to speak. Close to the beach, close the shopping areas and restaurants etc. Having your own private pool a huge plus for us. We will be back next year without a doubt and will recommend the property to friends and family.

If I was to have a negative comment it will be regarding the upkeep of the landscape. It needs LTC, plants are overgrown, weeds somewhat out of control, but again I am seeing it through my gardening eyes, having won yard of the month at my house. Aside from that in my opinion, it is a wonderful vacation home.

What a GREAT place! We will NEVER stay in a hotel or condo again after being spoiled by Windsong by the Sea! The prices are great, the home had everything we could possibly need, Terri was a pleasure, and the overall experience was exceptional! We will be back to this terrific home! Thanks Again!
