Eagle's Views is a stunning Appalachian log style luxury hideaway cabin nestled in the Arapahoe National Forest in the Rocky Mountains between Blackhawk and Nederland on HWY 119. The warm and bright floor plan contains three bedrooms with a King, Queen and double bed with an extra queen sleeper sofa in the great room, 2 full baths, a fully functional kitchen, beautiful sun-room with a wood burning potbelly stove, satellite TV with crystal clear connections with 2 Televisions, 2 fully functional bathrooms and easy access to main roads. In addition, for those visitors needing to be in touch, the cabin has 3 phone lines (one will be turned on already as a voice line, the other two can be turned on at an additional charge for a fax, internet connection.)

  • Eagle's Views Cabin Rates
    A 2 night minimum stay
    or 3 night minimum stay over holiday weekends.
    10% discount for an extended stay of 7 nights or more.

    $250 per night; 2 persons
    Additional adult - $30 per night
    A maximum of 8 people per night
    No charge for children under 16 years of age
    There will be a $50.00 cleaning fee for a party of 3 or more.

    We require a 50% deposit, due at time of booking to confirm your dates. We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover (No personal checks). We'll then charge this same card for the rest of your payment the week of your stay at Eagle's Views Cabin.
  • There is a phone at the cabin. We'll provide you with the number once reservation is made so family and friends can contact you. Pets will have to be cleared with the owner before occupying the home. This is a NON-smoking cabin.

    David Loesch and family are in no way what so ever responsible for any accidents you may have on the property at Eagle's Views Cabin. If you have an accident, your own insurance will have to cover any expenses for emergency room, ambulance, doctors or hospitals.

Activities: Eagle’s View is close to everything! It is about 1.5 hours from Denver International airport, 1 hour from downtown Denver, and 5 minutes to Blackhawk, 11 miles to Eldora Ski Resort, 90 minutes to Breckenridge, 90 minutes to Estes Park, close to Loveland Ski Resort, less than 10 minutes to Golden Gate State Park and 11 miles south of the town of Nederland.

Hiking: There are numerous hiking trails within a 20 minute drive from Eagles View, multiple hiking maps are provided for our guests in the cabin. Fishing: There is a fully stocked private pond ¼ of a mile from our cabin for the residents in our area. Fishing passes are provided for our guests and located in the cabin. Temperatures in this region can vary greatly within one day. Summer days may reach 80F and drop into the low 50s at night. Winter days can feel warm with the sun so close, but be sure to bring warm layers for nights and activities in the shade. Sunscreen is necessary in every season. Nederland, Colorado: Nederland is 17 miles west of, and 3000 feet above, the city of Boulder, and is the largest town along the Peak-to-Peak Scenic Byway that runs more than 55 miles from Black Hawk/Central City to Estes Park. Along the way, motorists will pass ghost towns, Golden Gate Canyon State Park, the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, Longs Peak (14,255'), and Rocky Mountain Nationa

Eagles Views is about taking time out during your day to listen to the forest, be with the ones you love, sit on the deck at night and watch how the mountains change while the sun is setting. This was an amazing place with beautiful views. The place was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The beds were better than I expected and I had an absolutely wonderful time. I will rent again!
