My husband and I recently stayed at this lovey condo and it was everything we had hoped for and more! The condo description and pictures were right on, it was beautifully furnished and in perfect condition. The location and view from every window and balcony was awesome. Donna and Ken are wonderful people and truly care that you enjoy their piece of paradise. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your home :)

A little bit of paradise

Our week-long vacation at this oceanfront condo was relaxing and comfortable, with no worries. In initial communications with the owner, Donna, was prompt and thorough in her replies. The descripition of the condo and amenities is "spot on" with no exaggerations. We found absolutely everything we needed to enjoy ourselves at the beach including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas - things you usually don't lug around on the plane. Inside, everything is provided as described. The lease is clearly written as to what the expectations are of the renters.

The condo is beautifully decorated, furnishings first rate, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook in if you want. The bedroom was extraordinarily quiet at night considering the condo is right on the Broadwalk as described. A very nice balcony provides a great vantage point for beautiful sunrises, a leisurely cup of coffee and relaxing at night. Cooling ocean breezes keep the temperatures bearable and keep AWAY the biting insects.
Another definite plus - a "primo" covered parking space at no extra cost.

A really nice feature is that Donna provides a literal "bible" or notebook of information on how to operate things like the TV/VCR, etc. as well as a complete guidebook of the area with web pages describing restaurants, activities, grocery stores, and most importantly, maps (for those without GPS). If you stay here, check out Oceans 11, 2 blocks north, for great breakfasts and tasty, huge wraps for lunch. One night we ate our lunch leftovers as a picnic supper on the beach.

I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. I think with one bathroom, this would be most comfortable for no more than 4 people.

Better than advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The condo was as nice as seen in the on line listing, it has quality furniture and the location is beyond belief.
We have been to beaches all over the world but found the cleanlyness and maintenance of Hollywood beach beyond anything we have ever seen, and for the first time in my travels, I sent a letter to the Mayor to express our appreciation of the Hollywood beach community.
Believe it or not the beach is groomed DAILY by tractors, there is a full time police presence, the boardwalk walls were steamed cleaned on Monday morning, the trash is collected daily and beach crews see to the safety of swimmers and are available to help in every situation. All this activity can be seen from the condo balcony where we ended up spending many many hours enjoy watching ships, including cruise ships arrive and depart and enjoying the activties on the beach.
A pre-dawn cup of coffee on the balcony will prove an exeptional experience as you will see cruise ships on the horizon which become larger and larger and initilly appear to be big buildings all lit up approaching before they can be recognized as cruise ships, it is something to see.

We hope to return again next year.
