Fishing, surfing, snorkeling plus spa and great restaurants all within minutes from the home. Our seaside community has it all including a play house, art center plus plenty of antique stores. World class golf and mini golf in town. 15 miles to Daytona Speedway and Dog Track. 30 miles to Cape Canaveral Space Center, Casino Boat, and 70 miles to Orlando attractions.

This cottage was so comfortable. There was everything you needed and more. The location was perfect, walking distance to quaint shops on Flager Avenue and just a few steps to the beach.

This beach cottage is so charming and so cozy, you won't want to leave!! The house comes with everything you can think of!! The owners have done a fantastic job!! This place is just perfect!! You will feel right at home! Love the front porch, garden, and decor!! We can't wait to stay here again next year!

My husband and I spent a month in this lovely house. It had everything we needed and more, was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store, you really didn't need to use your car. The owner was always available and responded right away to any enquiry and has dsecribed the rental and area exactly as it is, I cannot add much more, except to say that we are returning next winter and highly recommend this rental.

We recently eloped to New Smyrna Beach! It was beautiful: we married on the beach in the Canaveral National Seashore. We then spent our honeymoon in this adorable cottage! We had a great time. The home is super comfortable and cozy. We'll definitely go back!!!

THE PROPERTY IS NOT ON THE BEACH AND IT DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS PER THE LISTING.
Owner's Response: I agree our property is not on the beach and we do not say it is either in the ad or during any other correspondence. Our ad states "short walk to the beach" and that's what it is.
We have a local phone connection which you can use to connect to the Internet, we do not have DSL or other types of connection.
