Sleeps 10 people comfortably with its 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Located by Montauk Harbor, a short bike ride to popular attractions: Gosmans Restaurant, Shops and Docks, Viking Ferry to Block Island, Uhleins Boat Rental and Watersports, Dave's Grill, marinas and charter fishing boats. All utilities, beach passes.

My family spent the Christmas holidays at this rental in Montauk this year. It was one of the most pleasant family vacations in a long time. The house was spacious enough to accommodate our large family yet has plenty of cozy nooks for reading, napping or chatting. It is so relaxing to be away from the resort crowds, The morning walks on the beach are memorable as were the evening fires later on. Our expectations were met & beyond in terms of the location, the service, the amenities, & the thoughtful details. We are booking a reservation for the fall right now!
