2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Countryside Golf and Country Club, a beautifully landscaped, private gated community located just minutes from Gulf of Mexico beaches, downtown shops, restaurants and Interstate 75. Situated on the top third floor with vaulted ceilings, accessible by elevator, the unit has all the amenities you need to feel at home, eat-in kitchen, linens, 2 TVs, DVD/VCR, ceiling fans. Screened lanai offers view of lake and 3rd fairway. Condo is freshly painted with new carpeting and new floor tile in bathrooms and kitchen. Master suite has queen bed, full bathroom, and walk-in closet; 2nd bedroom has twin beds with full 2nd bathroom nearby. The condo pool, Har-Tru tennis courts, hot tub, BBQ grill, and bocce court are steps away, while the community pool, driving range and putting green are located near the club house that includes a full restaurant, bar and fitness center. Reserved parking outside unit.
