Close to everything and completely furnished. Corner unit located on 7th floor, one bedroom, with eat in kitchen. Bedroom has a queen size bed, living area has a double pull down Murphy bed. Can sleep up to 4 people. Unit also has 2 TVs with cable, 1 in living room and 1 in bedroom. Kitchen is fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Unit also has private balcony, overlooking beautiful ocean and swimming pool. Being a corner unit it also has a great view of the city. You can see the beautiful sunrise over the ocean in the morning and sunset over the city at night. Within walking distance of Restaurants and all Shopping facilities. Only 8 blocks from 'The Famous Main Street Pier'. Six blocks from ocean band shell, with free entertainment most weekends. Six blocks from Ocean Convention Center. Building also has underground parking, kiddie pool, laundry, and a Restaurant all on site.

What a great place

This place was more than we could have imagined. We stayed the first 10 days in August 2009. The room was exceptionally clean and neat and Ed provided everything that we needed for a most enjoyable stay. The pool is immaculate. And if you stay here be sure to have breakfast at hotel restaurant. It was fantastic. Every thing was great. We will be back again next year. No complaints here.

This property was very comfortable and made our stay in Daytona beach effortless. Everything we needed was provided....even body boards for the beach! Ed was a pleasure and easy to work with. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be returning.

Best view in Daytona

We were delighted to find the unit we rented had the best view in Daytona! From sunrise to night, the view was wonderful, both ocean and lights. As a vacation rental, everything you need is there, there's enough room and counterspace to open a bottle of wine and grab a snack. It's close enough to walk to Main Street and "Downtown Beachside." Punching a code to get in is way easier than handling a key, espically when you're going to walk on the beach or just go down to the pool. Ed was easy to deal with, and readily available to oil the dead bolt out to the balcony, when it stuck. I think the best part was, the relaxing sounds from the ocean made for great sleep!

We have stayed in this condo on two occasions. The description and pictures are accurate. It is very comfortable and clean. Convenient to everything with on the spot access to the beach. It is comfortable for two adults, but could accommodate two additional compatible people quite nicely. We stay for a week and cook meals in. It would also be comfortable for a longer stay, with sufficient closet space and small but fully equipped kitchen. Also, restaurants and grocery store very close by. The deck is nice for morning coffee and private relaxing space. Owner is responsive to any needs.
