The DayBreak Guest Cottage sits on an 8+ acre waterfront vineyard estate. It has 2 bedrooms (new beds) and bath, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, screened porch over looking the water, and all amenities. It is decorated in Maine cottage style with a vaulted living room. The Cottage sits above the winery overlookng the vineyard and out to the water with the sail boats and lobster boats coming and going. DayBreak Estate sits within the 'Prettiest Village in Maine,' Wiscasset. Walk the gardens, watch the wonderful French chickens, eat honey from our hives, browse the imported French and English antique shop. Lots to do at DayBreak. The Estate is located 45 minutes north of Portland, 25 minutes north of LLBean and Freeport, 15 minutes from Boothbay Harbor, 1 hour south of Camden. Truly a central location to base your Maine holiday. Wiscasset is full of boutiques, restaurants, antiquing, art, historical buildings, museums, etc. (DayBreak Cottage is a non-smoking rental.)

Fantastic Escape

We stayed here at the end of August 2007. It was absolutely fantastic. Excellent getaway --peaceful, great hospitality, good fishing and the lobster rolls at Red's Eats were to die for, even with the long wait. We hope to go back again soon.
Owner's Response: It is a true joy living at DayBreak, this amazing waterfront property. I have met wonderful people - people from all over the world, that come and relax in my Guest Cottage. Come Enjoy DayBreak - Enjoy Maine - and experience "the way life should be!"
