This Beautiful 200 acre property overlooks the Brasdor lakes. You are just ten minutes from Baddeck, the hub of the world famous Cabot Trail, and summer home of Alexander Graham Bell. There are three separate cottages with spectacular views. The main house includes a full kitchen and dining area and sleeps five. The adjoining cottage sleeps two with a full bathroom. For the outdoor enthusiast there is a converted art studio that sleeps two with an outdoor shower, eco-toilet, and amazing views from one's own private deck. Baddeck is the beginning and end of the Cabot Trail. There are numerous fine restaurants and specialty stores in the area. Envision your family and friends exploring Cape Breton Island and returning to this beautiful vacation home!

  • These are three separate house. The main house is good for a young family as parents can sleep in one room and three children can sleep in the two other bedrooms. The adjacent house is clean and comfortable with a queen bed and a private bathroom and great views of the Brasdor Lakes. The 'Art Studio' has been converted to a bedroom. This is rustic as there is just an outdoor shower and a BioDegradable toilet. That said, there is a private deck and the Bed is raised up to provide a beautiful view of the lakes. This is great place to get away for some quiet time.

Brasdor Lakes 70 plus degrees in August: The Brasdor Lakes offer Sailing, Motorboating, and surprisingly warm swimming due to the Gulf Stream. Boats may be chartered in Baddeck and there are daily sailing cruises from the government wharf in Baddeck which 12 miles from our house.
