One level 2bed/1.5bath cozy cottage nestled in the grove along Silver Lake. Features include cathedral ceiling, wide pine floors, & open living room/dining/kitchen area. Walking distance to Country Store/Cafe, State Park, hiking Appalachian trails, tennis, fishing, biking, swimming. Close to Amenities: golf courses, Antiquing, Village of Woodstock, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters,Billings Farm & Museum, canoeing or kayaking on Silver Lake, and ski areas (Killington & Pico). Fully equipped kitchen, NO TV, VCR/DVD only, CD Player, Rowboat, W/D, linens included, outside deck, Gas BBQ Grill, Lake access w/ shared dock just steps away. As a consideration to the comfort & preference of the majority of our guests this is a no smoking house & we cannot accommodate pets. Sleeps 4 people. 1 Queen + 2 Twins. Our cottage is located in Barnard, VT. 05031. The cottage has a right of way access to our dock on Silver Lake an 86 acre lake. There is a State Park across the lake offering a beach, playground, picnic areas, and canoe/paddle boat rentals. Barnard General Store is just a short walk and Woodstock is a 15 minute drive.
