Modern and nicely furnished with everything you need! Rent this adorable 2 plus bedroom, 1.5 bath house located under a mile from Easton's Beach, Cliff Walk, and historic downtown Newport. Enjoy access to a walking path around Eastons Pond and to 1st Beach with a neighboring park that has views of the ocean. Great new modern and fully equipped kitchen! Dine inside or enjoy cooking on the BBQ outside on the covered patio. Sleeps 8 with 2 queen bedrooms and a neat renovated basement that offers 1 full bed, 1 twin, and 1 trundle bed. There is a pull out sofa, AC, fenced yard(dead end street), washer & dryer, and even an outdoor shower after a day playing at the beach. Bring your bikes! We have some boogie boards! This property is sure to have you feeling New England year round. Newport is exciting year-round, with mansions, restaurants, tennis hall of fame, national events, golf, boating, Jazz, Winter Festivals, etc.... Available weekends, weekly and monthly.
