Notes to the rental rates

• Payment accepted in £ Stirling or US$. Any number of days may be booked above the 7 day minimum.
  
• Maximum number to apartment - 6 persons. A small extra linen charge for use of bed settee of £20pw. A crib/cot can be arranged for locally at a small weekly rental charge.
  
• We take a reservation/security bond of £200 for up to 3 weeks - £300.00 for over 3 weeks. Repayable on clearance within 42 days of return. Your apartment will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure, later by prior arrangement. Guests to register with reception on arrival.
  The accommodation is not recommended for unsupervised children - there is no kiddies pool or pool guard.
