This vacation home lies in the '55' and older gated community of Camelot Lakes. The spacious home has formal living and dining rooms, large kitchen, dinette, enclosed heated and cooled lanai, 2 bedrooms and baths, covered carport and laundry room. The Camelot Lakes community has 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, 2 clubhouses, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and planned activities. This well maintained comfortable home sits on a quiet street and comes with 2 TVs, DVD player, and VCR. It is located within a quick drive to the abundant shopping and restaurants of Sarasota as well as Siesta Key Beach, Longboat Key and St Armands Circle, The Ringling Mansion and Art Museum, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and numerous golf courses. It is within 1 1/2 hours driving to Orlando and it's many attractions. There is on site management and at least one renter must be 55 or older. Minimum rental period is one month. Some of the best Gulf beaches are just across the bridge on Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Casey Key. Boating and Fishing are available at the downtown marina. If you want Disney, it is less than a 2 hour drive to Orlando, or 40 minutes to Busch Gardens in Tampa. Or try taking some time to visit Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Some of the museums close by include the Ringling Art Museum and the Salvador Dali museum in St. Petersburg. If you are looking for golf, Sarasota has a number of golf courses for your pleasure. Or if you are just looking for a quiet relaxing place, grab a book and relax on the beach or at one of the two pools the Camelot Lakes Community has to offer. There are over 300 restaurants in the Sarasota area and loads of stores to shop. The house comes with everything you will need and you can cook if you want. With so many choices of eating out though, you may never cook at all. Once you try a month in the sun, you will want to return every year!
