Located in the Palmer Ranch Community of Sarasota, this condo is just minutes from Siesta Key Beach, nearby golfing, shopping, dining etc.! The exterior of the 1638 sq. ft. condo is a gorgeous Spanish/Mediterranean first floor, end unit. It offers a one car garage and private entrance. Open the front door to a beautiful lake view which can be seen from just about every room within the condo. and 9 ft. ceiling throughout. You may enjoy your meals in the breakfast room or share a beautiful meal in the separate dining room which seats 6 people. Relax out on the tiled, screened lanai which can be accessed from the living room, breakfast room, or master bedroom. The master bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms with a luxury bathroom. The bathroom has an over sized, tiled shower, deep garden tub and double vanities.
