This newly built and beautifully furnished apartment is situated in El Soto de Marbella, a luxury low density development in Mediterranean woodland, around its own 9 hole golf course and next to a UNESCO world biosphere reserve. Its spacious planted and lawned grounds are tranquil and have stunning views over the valley and bay towards Mijas and the Sierra Nevada. With its pools and the club house bar and restaurant, gym, jacuzzi and sauna, tennis courts, the development is self contained. Marbella and the bars restaurants and other attractions of the coast are within easy reach, as are the 23 golf courses that stretch from Mijas to Benahavis. The pueblos blancos and Ronda, Granada and Sevilla are also accessible. The apartment has marble floors throughout, hot/cold air conditioning, a large terrace that is partly in sun and partly in shade, garage parking and includes full use of the development facilities. Nearest Airport: Malaga at 38 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Elviria exit, 192 km post on the coastal N340 at 4 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 6.0 Kilometres

From Malaga towards Marbella, along the coastal part of the N340, turn up into the hills at Elviria. Once off the main road there is a local shopping centre that is well supplied with a number of shops, restaurants and bars. There is a large supermarket and an OpenCor convenience store, open 365 days of the year. English newspapers are available from there on the day of publication. A picturesque 10 minute drive leads you over the AP7/E15 motorway and away into the wooded hills and to El Soto. Self contained, with its own golf, gym, club house and restaurant, El Soto is also in easy reach of Cabo Pino and its boats and restaurants, including the renowned Albert's Bar. The Michelin starred restaurant, La Hacienda is just down the road at the next exit for Las Chapas. In the other direction and through the cork oak groves to the mountainous countryside with its panoramic views and white villages, towards Ojen and further a field, Mijas, Ronda, Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada

We enjoyed a lot our staying in the property. The apartment was clean and very confortable, according to the pictures the owner sent.
There are many things to do like playing golf, tennis, many swimming pools... The gardens are incredibly beautiful and the property is very quiet, something very important that we appreciated a lot.
We absolutely recommend this apartment.
