Enjoy the 2 heated pools, tennis courts, putt-putt golf course, fishing dock, fitness center and community club house. Walk the mile long private boardwalk and you’re sure to see majestic dolphins as they swim and play. Walk or take a short bike ride to the beach. The condo is located 55 minutes from Disney World and just 15 minutes from Daytona.

What a nice stay...

This condo is really nice and have all what you need for relaxing holidays. The beach is not in front of the door, but this is not important, by car only a few minutes away. Around the corner there is a pool. We enjoyed our stay in this condo and if we come back to amerika, sometimes, we would stay there again. Thanks Donna and Perry that we could stay in your condo!!!

Understand, this condo is not beachfront, but it is quite nice. It has a great boardwalk you can walk along, and dolphins swim up in the channel. You can watch them as they surface.

The condo is nicely furnished and has all the amenities you'll need to cook meals or just relax. The complex's pools were not busy during our visit and were great for swimming and relaxing.
