This quiet residential duplex home is nestled on the South end of Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. The house/unit is located right between the “Blue Wave” sandy beach and the Intercoastal Waterway. See the Beach and the Intercoastal right from the kitchen table. The sandy beach is just 3 houses away. Just down the street, moor or dock your boat and enjoy South Lake, a recreational boating area or travel the intercoastal waterway. The house was newly renovated in 2006 w/ brand new living, dining and bedroom furniture, also is air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Just bring your bathing suit, beach towel and toothbrush. The boardwalk is great for walkers, joggers, bikers and people watchers. It’s famous for its restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream parlors and offers an amphitheater with weekly bands and outdoor entertainment. This unique property is a one of a kind.
