Four bedroom, furnished house within walking distance to beach. Perfect for families or anyone desiring the ideal summer house near the beach. Newport and Narragansett restaurants and shopping within a 15 minute drive. This beach house has four bedrooms, kitchen, family room, three season sun room, 2 baths, washer and dryer, perfect backyard for entertaining, and an out door shower. Bedrooms have 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, two twin beds and a queen sleep sofa in sun-room. Parking available for several cars. Trash pickup is included.
