Situated in the peaceful community of Regal Oaks, our villa has a central position to the larger than average beautiful lake. The villa is south facing, very spacious, air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. Most rooms enjoy the lake view. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large dresser/mirror, two nightstands, chair, T.V. en-suite shower/bathroom, walk-in closet and a private sitting room with a sofa. The second bedroom has a queen bed, armoire/ TV, two nightstands & a closet. The third bedroom has twin beds, nightstand, table and closet. There is also a family bathroom. The large lounge has two sofas, upgraded cable TV, DVD, book library, formal dining area for 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, nook area with extending table & 4 chairs. The utility room contains a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The heatable 35ft pool with 2 decorative fountains has a child safety barrier and patio furniture can be found on the sun deck area.

Sarasota has theatres, museums, art galleries, numerous restaurants and shopping malls. Supermarkets and shops like Walmart Supercentre, Bealls, Blockbuster and McDonalds are all within a short drive. An approx 2/3 minute drive is a bank and a post office. For more sophisticated shopping, try St Armands Circle, where you'll find 150 boutiques and restaurants. Air conditioned shopping malls are just a 10 minute drive away. The gulf beaches of Anna Marie Island and Longboat Key / Siesta Key are all within easy reach. Numerous golf courses are a 5/10 minute drive away. Multiplex Cinemas 10/15 minutes drive.   • Minimum 7 night duration. Prices include: cleaning after departure, local taxes, water, electric, linen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs are also provided. If you would like any further information on the villa, please kindly email me.
    To use the telephone in the villa for long distance calls you will need to buy a phone card. (local calls/long distance are free) A deposit of £100.00 ($185) per week of rental is due at the time of booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required if booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £250.00 ($454)is required and this will be fully refundable by 4 weeks after your return date providing no damage has been sustained. Electric pool heating is additional at £90 ($162) per week. For an extra fee cots and highchairs can be placed in the villa.

Property Description: Decorated in a light neutral shade throughout, with light cream carpet throughout and light floor tiles in the kitchen/nook area as well as the ensuite bathroom and the family bathroom. The sitting area has a sofa and loveseat both upholstered in a 'taupe' material. There is a dark cherry wood coffee table with 2 matching side tables and2 lamps. The TV has upgraded cable, DVD player, both situated in the entertainment centre (also dark cherry). There are spectacular views of the pool and lake through the wall to wall glass windows/doors. The dining area of the great room has a table and 6 chairs for formal dining (this is also dark cherry).The Master Bedroom / Ensuite Bathroom / Private Sitting Room.The master bedroom has pine furniture and consists of a queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, dresser/mirror TV and DVD, a cream chair, a large walk-in closet. The Ensuite Bathroom has a large double vanity unit and a large wall mirror with 'Hollywood' style lighting, also an oval tub,

The utility room has a large washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and sink. The second bedroom also has pine furniture and consists of a queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, armoire, where you will find the 2nd cable TV a 2 cushioned chair, closet and view of the lanai/pool and lake. The third bedroom has pine twin beds, nightstand, lamp, small table and closet. The family bathroom is between the 2nd/3rd bedrooms and comprises of large bathtub and shower, toilet and single vanity unit, wall mirrors and 'Hollywood' lighting. There is also a cupboard (for towels etc) The pool is 35ft long with 2 decorative fountains. On the lanai are 2 tables and 6 chairs and sun loungers, plus a ceiling fan. The pool/lanai can be lit in the evening. Surrounding the pool, is a mesh cage to keep those unwanted 'bugs' out.
