Enjoy Gasparilla Bay views while dining. Seclusion is assured. Abundant landscaping creates privacy and noise screens. Only steps away are the white sands of 7-mile beach on the Gulf of Mexico, pool, and private boat dock. Enjoy lapping waters as you sit on a mangrove-surrounded dock a stone's throw from the back patio. Fishermen can enjoy a secluded fishing hole and cleaning table.

A small town atmosphere on a South Florida Island.
Little Gasparilla is a dream. No cars, an incredible beach and a very relaxing time. Hideaway Bay staff is extremely helpful and the ferry service is indispenable if you don't have a boat. We could see dolphins swimming in the morning from the back dock while we drank our coffee and exploring the island in a golf cart was the highlight for the kids-especially when they could drive!
The owner of the unit was very helpful and even called us upon arrival to see if everything was as expected. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Books, videos and games are also provided-all you need to bring is the food. I can't wait to go back!

It truly is a "Hideaway" from the rest of the world!

I usually do not write reviews, however, we had such a wonderful time, that I just want to share it with anyone that is planning a vacation to Gasparilla Island. The condo is wonderful, you have everthing you need to make your stay comfortable. The property is well maintained, customer service from the owner was phenomenal. The condo was exactly as described on the web page. We did not have any "hidden surprises." The beach is crystal clear. The people are extremely friendly. According to my husband, a fanatic of fishing, this is paradise! The wildlife is incredible. Oh, and I forgot to mention, there are no traffic jams, as there are no cars on the island! Isn't that great! We had such a great time that we did not wanted to venture out to restaurants. Although not enough, I recommend anyone to spend at least a weekend at Little Gasparilla Island and of course to make your stay everything you expect, you must stay at " Idle Hour" condo. You will not be disappointed!
