This is a beautiful new gated complex. This spacious 1715 square foot air conditioned unit is lavishly decorated with the finest, and has fabulous ocean views and hear the pounding surf. One bedroom, one bath on the first floor for those who can't climb the stairs and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor each with their own bath. There is a full kitchen with granite counters. Enjoy the sunsets and watch the whales from lanais off both the living room & master suite. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and a separate tub and shower. The down stairs bedroom also has a huge walk-in closet. There is a gas BBQ provided on your lanai so you don't have to go to any common areas to BBQ.
