The garden: The garden is enclosed within a large, sunny lanai (2050sq.ft!) - a tropical oasis containing the heated pool and spa with privacy provided by a wide variety of palms, ferns, and fruit trees. For more delicate complexions, there is a vine-covered arbour which boasts fans, dining table and cushioned chairs for four & speakers (for those intimate al fresco meals), a large gas barbecue and even an outdoor shower for use before or after your swim. Up lights on the palms, dimmable downlights under the arbor and underwater lights in the pool and spa create a beautiful and most relaxing ambiance after dark, particularly when the crickets start to sing! Four sun loungers are provided as well as a round glass topped table with umbrella and seating for five.

The kitchen: The kitchen has all the tools/toys to prepare anything from a quick snack to a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings! Eat under the arbour, on the patio, at the breakfast bar or in the beautiful Florida room which looks out onto the pool. Enjoy refreshing drinks chilled by ice from the refrigerator's ice maker (crushed or cubed) and chilled water on tap. There's even a programmable percolator - you can wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee every morning.
