This house is located 1 1/2 blocks from Townsend's Inlet, separating Avalon and Sea Isle City. It is a block from the beach. The fishing jetty is 1 1/2 block stroll. This is an excellent area to bird watch and on a clear night see the lights of Atlantic City. Avalon's public baseball fields, tennis courts and playground are 2 blocks away. A 3 star BYOB restaurant is 1/2 block away. On July 4th, you can see fireworks from Atlantic City to Wildwood from the 3rd floor deck! This unit sleeps 10 easily. First floor has 2 bedrooms with twins, each with sliders to 1st floor deck. Full laundry and full bath are also on 1st floor. Second floor has kitchen, dining area, great room and sliding doors to 2nd floor deck. Also, on this floor is a master bedroom with queen and adjoining bath. Third floor loft opens over 2nd floor great room. Loft has game table, sofa bed and chairs. 3rd floor has another master bedroom with queen and full bath. 3rd floor deck has inlet and ocean views.

Avalon is a coveted, quiet beach resort located in South Jersey. It is located on Seven Mile Island along with the neighboring town of Stone Harbor. This barrier island is located one mile off of the mainland and enjoys warm days and sunny breezes. The beaches are wide and life guard protected from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is a small boardwalk but the biggest attraction is the quiet relaxation Avalon offers. The boardwalks of Ocean City and Wildwood are a 20 minute drive and the casinos of Atlantic City are about 45 minutes away. Historic Cape May with it's lighthouse and famous Lobster House is further south about 25 minutes.
