Classic 1920's Cape Cod home completely redone in 2005 one short block to private beach on Nantucket Sound. Designer kitchen, with granite and top amenities. Three new tile bathrooms plus new outdoor shower. Four BR on second floor, including large master suite. First floor is open, sunny, with all new furnishings. Private den/reading room in the rear. Lovely enclosed front and side porches. New 1st floor washer/dryer. Professionally landscaped yard with mahogany deck, large bluestone patio, and parking for 6 cars. Central air, 2 zones. Two cable TVs, Internet hook up. Gas grill. Walk to charming Harwichport with great restaurants and shops. Golf, bike trail nearby. No smoking. No pets. We are located on Northern Ave, about where Eastern Ave. comes into Northern. Eastern is a short one block street that runs from Northern Ave. to the beach at Nantucket Sound.

Harwichport is a charming Cape Cod town with good restaurants, shopping, antiquing, go-carts, miniature golf and adult golf nearby. Swim in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. Spend all day at private Windemere Bluffs beach. Twenty five minute drive to heavy surf at the National Seashore. Fifty minutes to Provincetown. You can take a nearby ferry to Nantucket. You can take a boat to Monomoy Island to see the seals, or go deep sea fishing. Movies theatres close by. Or you can sit and do absolutely nothing!!
