Luxury condo with all the amenities of home in the quiet, upscale Sand Key neighborhood minutes away from Clearwater Beach. Completely renovated kitchen in 2005 with granite counter tops and all new appliances. Updated baths and spacious living conditions. Great views from the living room and master bedroom. Heated pool and across the street from the white Sand Key Beach. One mile from the Sand Key shops and restaurants and 2 miles from Clearwater Beach. Trolley service to Clearwater Beach and all the beach activities. Tennis courts are located in the park directly beside the condos with a small children's play area. A wonderful place to spend the winter!
