Built in 2004, this professionally decorated luxurious condo that sleeps 4 comfortably and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation whether you play golf or not. Glen Eagle has just redesigned the golf course which opened Nov. 2005. There are many active things to do in this wonderful, secure, gated community located on Davis Blvd. Minutes away from Gulf Shore beaches, Marco Island, and the famous 5th Ave. south where you will find great boutiques to shop and fine restaurants to dine in. Glen Eagle also offers a restaurant on the premises if you are tired after a day of golf or tennis or whatever suits your needs and don't feel like going anywhere. You will also enjoy the beautiful lake and fairway view from our screened in lanai to watch the sunset. There are numerous swimming pools in the community to take a dip or sunbathe in the beautiful southwest Florida sunshine. If you get to much sun, don't worry, there is a fitness center, card room and billiards room as well.

Located in beautiful, sunny southwest Florida. Naples has fantastic beaches, shopping and restaurants. It is close to Marco Island. Whether you play golf or not ( Naples is a golfer's haven ), there is plenty to do. Biking, walking trails, water sports, and much more. Sanibel and Captiva islands are less than an hour drive away. Miami is 1 and 1/2 hours away. Tampa, which has Busch Gardens, is 3 hours away and Disney World is 4 hours away by car. Also, in case you are a Boston Red Sox fan, City of Palms Park in Ft. Myers, where they have spring training is 30 minutes away!

  • $2000.00-$3500.00 per month
  • Monthly leases are as follows:
    January is 3200.00 for the month. February and March are 3500.00 for each month.
    December and April are $2700.00 per month. May to Nov. $2000.00 per month
    A refundable security deposit is required of $500.00
    A $100.00 administration fee required payable to Sterling Greens Condo Assoc.
    A $150.00 Golf privilege transfer fee is required payable to Glen Eagle Country Club.
    There is no charge for cleaning. The fees mentioned above are above and beyond the monthly rents.
    **with these mandatory fees, you and another person can play all the golf you want for a discounted rate which includes the cart.
    Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club is a private course.
    For rental periods during off season ( May-Nov.) you can, for a nominal fee, play at over 50 courses in the area, most of which are private. these are reciprocals.
