Welcome to utopia! This lovely condo is adjacent to South Mountain Preserve where you can hike, bike, walk, star gaze, whatever! This very private unit backs to the wash, which means 'no nosey neighbors'. Enjoy being located within a gated resort community featuring golf (Phantom Horse), horseback riding, spa services, tennis & fitness center, 3 great restaurants & 4 community pools & hot tubs. All within walking distance. Home is tasteful decorated with new furnishings. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with individual balconies. Master boasts a queen bed, walk-in closet, skylights, full bathroom en suite, & lighted ceiling fan. Secondary bedroom can be a twin or convertible (trundle bed) into a king, walk in closet & lighted ceiling fan. All necessary amenities are included. Condo is located in the Southeast Valley...on the property of the Arizona Grand Resort. Just bring your clothes & your toiletries!

This unit was in a "perfect" location for us. It was right across the street from a preserve where my friend walked every morning. It was also easy to get to the airport, to shop at a HUGE mall, grocery stores, etc. Also close to an Auto Mall since I had to get an oil change after we arrived. The area was very quiet and the property was clean and well-maintained. We had a couple of questions about things we needed and we were answered very promptly and helped. The area was quiet and the neighbors were nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. Some of the must-sees: Heard Museum, Tempe Art Festival, Scottsdale Arts Festival, and the Desert Botanical Garden. We were able to find anything we needed/wanted very close to this unit.
