Bright, sunny, charming! This two bedroom A Unit in Maushop Village is located on a quiet dead end street close to the water. Great for families with children. Ocean views from sun room, patio, and master bedroom. New appliances and furniture. Private beach just steps away. Stroll to Popponesset Marketplace for mini golf, ice cream, pizza, shops, and one of the best lobster rolls in New England! Popponesset Marketplace offers live music for the entire family Thursday through Sunday evenings during the summer season. Also a short walk away are the New Seabury Country Club, golf course, and the Popponesset Inn. Short drive (approx 7min) to the Mashpee Commons with over 90 stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. Half hour drive to either Hyannis or Falmouth, both offer ferry service to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
