Five minutes from Newport, in Middletown, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house has a large living room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace, state of the art kitchen, and a large porch. Conveniences include a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, two TVs (one with DVD and VCR). It is set on 9.5 acres with gorgeous views of fields and ocean. It is three minutes from two beautiful sandy beaches, the Norman Bird Sanctuary, and the Sachuest National Wildlife Refuge.

My house is located very near two beautiful beaches (one with surf and one calm) and two wildlife sanctuaries with walking paths and gorgeous views. One features activities for all ages. A playground is close by, as is Sweetberry Farm for home grown vegetables, flowers, and freshly baked goodies. Newport, with its fine restaurants, museums, art galleries, and shops, is ten minutes away. Special features for 2007 are the Tall Ships visit on June 27th, the summer Music Festival in July, the Jazz Festival in August, and the summer Film Festival. Water related activities are readily available from chartering sail or fishing boats, to ferry trips to Block Island and Providence, to renting wind surfers and surf boards.
