If you are looking for a vacation in the Caribbean in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, this is the alternative with a good rate. Walking distance from Wyndham Resort & Spa , 3 popular beaches in 5 minutes drive. Horseback riding 3 minutes drive, over 5-7 golf courses less than 1 hour, Caribbean's Largest Tropical Rain Forest (El Yunque)-3 minutes drive, La Coca Falls-3 minutes drive, 20 minutes drive to La marina in Fajardo town. Close to El Comandante horse track. Supermarkets, restaurants, fast foods, bakeries, shopping centers- 3-5 minutes drive. Weather-75 to 85 degrees year around, 21 miles from San Juan International Airport. (Luis Muñoz Marin Airport). We provide bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, and all accessories for the beach.

  • The apartment has two and a half bathrooms. Master bedroom has private bathroom with two wash hand stands, bathtub and bidet . The other bathroom has a bathtub and single wash hand stand. The third is a half bathroom. All bathing products are provided (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) This apartment is cleaned and disinfected with professional products. In addition, we offer disposable seat covers located in mid bathroom. We also provide hand sanitizer for your convenience.

Golf Area: This is a golf oriented zone. It is located at walking distance from Wyndham Hotel Golf Course and 5 minute drive from Gran Melia Hotel. Berwind Golf Course at Municipality of Loiza. More than 5 golf courses in less than 1 hour. On February 2008, Gran Mellia Hotel Trump International Golf Club celebrated International PGA tour.

Beaches : This villa style apartment is located near some of the best beaches Puerto Rico has to offer. Luquillo Beach is a Blue Flag award beach with very calm waters at only a 6 minute drive from the apartment; Costa Azul Beach is located at only 8 minute drive from the apartment; Las Picuas Beach is located at 5 minute drive from the apartment and is directly seen from the Costa Real community; A Ferry from Fajardo Town (20 drive) will take you to either Vieques or Culebra Islands, two small, beautiful Islands that are part of Puerto Rico that have one of the most spectacular beaches in the world, Flamenco (at Culebra) and Bahia Mosquito, one of the world's brightest bioluminiscent bays, and Sun Bay, top-favorite among locals and travellers (at Vieques).

Corner Garden (1st Floor)- Patio and Terraces: This villa style apartment is located at the corner of Condo. It has two terraces, which are ideal for kids as well as for anyone not satisfied with staying inside the apartment most of the time. The front terrace has a 50% ocean view and is perfect for a barbecue while enjoying a good glass of wine and the company of your friends and family. The fact that you can feel comfortable, knowing that the children are safe while playing on the grass instead of a closed apartment is definitely a plus in your quest for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The back terrace is ideal to take a sun tan.

Awesome Villa in the Caribbean

After an exhausting day in The National Rain Forest and snorkeling at the Luquillo Beach nothing better to relax at this Villa with excellent amenities.
Just 30 min from SJ Airport and easy directions to arrive by car. 10 min to the beach and a few miles to the Rain Forest. Good facilities with beautiful view to the Atlantic Ocean.

Only minutes away from the Beltz Outlets were we did terrific shopping.

Highly recommended. Will come back.

Cozy condo with excellent facilities around

We enjoyed this Condo in our honey-moon in the Caribbean. The facilities were excellent, just 45 minutes from the SJ Airport and easy to arrive. We visited the Islands of Vieques and Culebra were we did snorkeling and sailing. Visited the Rain Forest, Luquillo Beach and the Beltz Outlets.

What an excellent experience !!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful Place!

This villa is so comfortable, it is simply perfect! My husband and I stayed for two weeks and we cannot wait to come back! The owners (Angel and Gertry) were very helpful and even met with us at the airport. They explained how to get to the apartment and gave us tips on what to do on the Island. We highly recommend that you visit El Yunque Rainforest and Luquillo Beach which are very close to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful! I loved it.
