Brand new slope side condo built in 2005 on New England's best kept secret Burke Mountain. Convenient Slopeside location and short walk to main lodge complete with nightclub and restaurant. Two beds, two full baths, large kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, linens/towels provided, cooking utensils, telephone, wireless high speed internet access and computer, two TVs with DVD and VHS players. Sleeps six to eight comfortably. Wireless internet. MapQuest directions work well. Address: 198 Powderhorn Road Building #9 Unit #903 East Burke, VT 05832 Follow the directions to Burke Mountain. Follow Powderhorn Rd past the main base lodge and take a left into the condo association. Follow the road to the right and to the top. Our condo is the right hand building. Please park in the two designated spaces Only extra cars can be parked at the base lodge in the bottom lot. Please do not take other condo owners parking spaces as they can tow your can with at your expense.

Spring, summer and Fall enjoy the scenery by hiking or biking on over 110 miles of trails. Local kayaking rentals available.

Burke boasts 2,000 vertical feet, so it does offer some big mountain skiing without the big mountain hype. Burke is also home to the Burke Mountain Academy which has produced more Olympians than any other academy. Most of their trails are cut in the traditional New England style with plenty of twists and turns, but they also have some wide-open cruising. Although located in the northern Vermont snow belt, in past years they have been somewhat at the mercy of mother nature to provide them with consistent snow cover. But in recent years they have increased their snow-making ability

We stayed here and couldn't have been happier. Better in real life than the pictures can describe. Perfect for young children as well. Very clean and well maintained - highly recommend
