We had an exceptionally easy, relaxing, private, and fun vacation in this condo! The photographs and descriptions provided by the owners were so right on--you can trust that the information and pictures they give you are exactly what you will find at their condo.
The photos showed the decor to be exactly as you find, and in person it is even better than in the photos. The huge terrace that runs along the entire front of the condo is an outstanding feature, and you can't tell how great it is from the photos on the website. Basically, no matter where you stand or sit, inside or outside, when you look out the windows or doors or sit on the terrace or in the private pool, all you see is ocean.
The private jetted pool on the terrace is a great feature; one that we have never had in any other rental in Puerto Vallarta--it is an infinity pool that seems like it continues miles out into the ocean! Since you are up two floors, all you see is ocean beyond the pool when you sit in it.
The wireless internet is great, too--you can check your office email while you sit in the pool on the terrace!
Because these owners also own other properties in the area, you get lots of extras with this condo. They own a place in Punta Mita, so they provide their private concierge, who can set up anything you want. We had him stock the place with groceries before we arrived, as well as setting up dolphin swims for our kids and massage treatments for ourselves. We also had him arrange a private chef to make lunch and dinner for us three days of our stay when we decided to hang out at Punta Esmeralda and relax. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service.
The proximity of this condo to the surfing town of Sayulita as well as Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta is great. The location is definitely the best in the bay. Be sure to rent a car, so you can take advantage of all the charming little beach towns nearby...

We are enjoying ourselves immensely - fabulous family time, a private sailboat (a school/pod of dolphins stayed with us for a half hour. magical...our kids smiled ear to ear, and of course, so did i, as i marvelled at a lifetime memory in the making), we surfed at sayulita, marvelled at the never ending wonders of puerto vallarta...

Tonya-
We had a great trip in January. It was just what we wanted for my husband’s 40th birthday – a beautiful place to stay; we loved the place and the décor. We also liked the massages at the Punta Esmeralda spa!
We really enjoyed being so close to the town and being able to walk in for lunch or dinner. We liked hanging out at the beachfront palapa restaurants, having lobster and margaritas, and shopping from the local vendors.

Jorge was very helpful and everything he arranged went very smoothly.

We look forward to going back some day. Thanks!

I could not wait to write and tell you what a fantastic time we had at your amazing villa!
I can not tell you in words what a fabulous vacation we had. Your villa is amazing and all of the staff on sight could not have been nicer. We all had a great time and it was wonderful having the crib and toys already down there to make our baby feel at home.
We had never been North of Puerta Vallarta before and we had so much fun exploring all the towns along the way and also past the area. We loved having such a wonderful place to come back to that was our "home" for the week.

We look forward to going back soon!

The perfect vacation!

Hi Tonya,

Thanks so much for your e-mail. I have to say that we had an awesome vacation. Your condo was absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. We loved the pools, the grounds, the beach club. We took your advice and took advantage of some of the local outings that were great fun. We hit Sayulita, swam with the dolphins (the kids LOVED the water park, as did we), snorkeling and whale watching (we saw 2) and went on the canopy tours. My husband golfed, which he loved, and my sister and I used the courts for tennis. Perfect. Despite all the activities, our favorite part of the day was just hanging out at the Beach Clubs, sea kayaking, and enjoying great appetizers in the late afternoon while lounging around with the kids. The beaches were beautiful and everyone who worked at Punta Esmeralda was so hospitable and accommodating.

I would be stretched to think of anything that would have made it better – we really did love it and would like to come again. We loved eating out most of the time at the local restaurants, which were fun, festive and kid friendly.

Thank you so much for the lovely stay. It was outstanding.
